JONATHAN A. ALDERMAN
Jonathan A. Alderman was born in 1961 in Evansville, Indiana, and was raised in Cochran, Georgia. He received an Associate degree at Middle Georgia College in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, at the University of Georgia in 1983, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, at the University of Georgia in 1986. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar Association since 1986.
Mr. Alderman’s areas of practice include estate planning, preparation of wills, trusts, contracts, and prenuptial agreements, real estate transactions, adoptions, incorporations, small business advice, and general representation of charitable entities. He also is experienced in litigation in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, commercial/contract, and real estate.
Mr. Alderman is married to the former Amy Holland of Dexter, Georgia. He is a past president of: Macon Rotary Club, First Choice Primary Care, Goodwill Industries, Good Vocations, and WorkFource Macon-Bibb. He is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Christ.
