COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
NOTICE: Our offices are now "open," by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Office visits should be scheduled through the specific attorney or a staff member. Please contact our attorneys and staff by email as shown on the "Attorneys" page. If you call the office and want to leave a message for an attorney or staff member, please leave your message on the specific voice mailbox (extension) for the person you wish to contact, instead of in the general voice mailbox. The telephone extensions for the attorneys and staff are shown on the "Attorneys" page and at the bottom of the "Home" page.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO
CLIENTS AND VISITORS TO OUR OFFICES
The provision of legal services is considered under Gov. Brian Kemp’s Executive Order as “essential services”. In-office meetings or conferences are discouraged but if held, must be by appointment only, as scheduled by the attorney or staff member.
Pursuant to Gov. Kemp’s Executive Order, the following restrictions apply to the operations of our offices and to anyone visiting our offices with an appointment and will be strictly enforced:

Do not come to our offices if you are sick, especially if you have a fever or any flu-like symptoms;

Do not come to our offices if, during the 14 days before coming to this office, you have been around any other person known to have had the COVID-19 virus or any other person who had a fever and/or had exhibited any flu-like symptoms ;

You must wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times while in this office;

Do not bring anyone else with you without first notifying the person through whom the appointment was made, and all restrictions shall also apply to anyone accompanying you;

Please bring your own hand sanitizer if you can, though we should have some available, and,

Please be on notice that we will, to the greatest extent possible, exercise “social distancing” (6-feet between anyone in our office and you and anyone accompanying you) and will avoid any normal formalities such as shaking hands, embracing, etc. at all times during your visit to this office.

The space in which you will meet with anyone in this office will be appropriately sanitized prior to your visit.

Please know that we have in place and are enforcing similar COVID-19 Policies, Protocols, and Restrictions within our office that apply to all attorneys, staff, and other employees.
Please also note that we have the ability to communicate with you via remote video and/or telephone conferences, which are preferred over actual office visits except when necessary.
