In 1999, he graduated from the law school at Seton Hall University with honors. Mr. Schwartz is qualified to represent clients in civilian or military proceedings according to his bar admissions in Georgia, New York, and New Jersey.

Before accepting a position as a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps, Mr. Schwartz worked as a private practitioner in New York and New Jersey. It's not just military criminal defense that Mr. Schwartz deals with; he also deals with a wide range of sophisticated civil lawsuits.
